Job Description

OTO Capital is hiring Tele Collection Executives for our Two Wheeler Loan process. The role involves following up with customers regarding overdue loan payments, reminding them about pending EMIs, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue two-wheeler loan EMIs.

• Follow up on pending payments and encourage timely repayment.

• Handle customer queries related to loan accounts and payment schedules.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

• Follow company policies and collection guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in NPA Calling or Tele Collection.

• Any educational qualification.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Knowledge of loan collection processes is an added advantage.

• Hindi is mandatory (additional languages preferred).

Job Details

• Process: Two Wheeler Loan Collection

• Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday Off

• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

• Position: Tele Collection Executive

• Experience: Minimum 6 Months

• Languages: Hindi Mandatory (Any additional language is an advantage)

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
