Full Time
Lead Conversion: Make outbound calls to verified prospective clients to introduce premium matrimonial services and packages.
Sales Closures: Convince and convert leads into paid memberships to meet daily calling metrics and monthly revenue targets.
Client Consultation: Understand client expectations regarding life partners and pitch appropriate, customized membership plans.
Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated relationship manager to build trust, maintain active touch with existing clients, and assist registered premium members.
Data Management: Maintain, verify, and organize physical and digital records to ensure smooth internal operations.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent certificate.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in Tele sales, Inside Sales, Customer Care, or the hospitality sector (Prior experience in the Matrimonial industry is a major advantage).
Language Proficiency: Complete fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of English or Punjabi is a plus.
Core Skills: Strong persuasion capabilities, emotional intelligence, active listening, phone etiquette, and outbound sales techniques.
