We are looking for empathetic, dedicated and confident Sales Executives who can connect with parents, understand their concerns and guide them through our enrolment process.

Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives who can communicate with prospective parents, understand their requirements, explain our programmes and help interested families make informed enrolment decisions.

This is a consultative sales role that focuses on relationship building, effective communication and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Call and follow up with prospective parents who have shown interest through advertisements, webinars, WhatsApp, referrals or consultations.

2. Build relationships with parents and understand their individual concerns.

3. Explain our programmes and services clearly and effectively.

4. Handle questions and objections related to budget, previous experiences, therapy overload and programme suitability.

5. Follow up with interested parents through calls and messages.

6. Maintain accurate lead records and update lead status in CRM.

7. Plan and manage follow-up calls and messages.

8. Coordinate with the CRM and Consultation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

9. Achieve assigned weekly enrolment and conversation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience required.

• 1–3 years of experience preferred.

• Fluent Bengali speaking skills are mandatory.

• Good communication and listening skills.

• Ability to build relationships and handle customer queries.

• Confidence and empathy when communicating with parents.

• Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Web and Google Sheets.

• Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following fields are encouraged to apply:

• Outbound BPO

• Education Counselling

• Customer Relationship Management

• Parent-facing or counselling roles

Knowledge of autism, special education or early childhood development will be an added advantage. Training will be provided.
