Telesales Executive

Omsps Global Tech Private Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to lead and support our loans processing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure timely and accurate loan processing, monitor team performance, maintain compliance with company policies, and deliver excellent service to clients while achieving business targets.

• Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual and team performance goals.

• Monitor the complete loan application process, from document collection to approval and disbursement.

• Ensure loan files are accurate, complete, and processed within defined turnaround times.

• Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Review team productivity, quality, and adherence to service standards.

• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve loan processing issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance summaries for management.

• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance and product knowledge.

• Handle escalated customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data at all times.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry regulations.
