Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Gold Loan, MSME Loan, and other financial products.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information regarding loan offerings.
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records.
Coordinate with Operations and Credit teams for smooth loan processing.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
