Job Description – Customer Sales Associate

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as a Customer Sales Associate. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable beauty and wellness treatments.

• Convert inquiries into appointments and sales.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

• Resolve customer queries and provide exceptional customer service.

• Coordinate with clinic and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• 6 Months –5 years of experience in Telesales, Customer Sales, BPO, etc,.

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

• Customer-centric approach with a target-driven mindset.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

• Graduation or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
