Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services and generate customer interest.

• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.

• Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth customer handling.

• Update CRM/customer records and submit daily activity reports.

• Handle customer objections professionally and work toward successful conversions.

• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.

• Target-oriented and willing to work in a performance-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, WhatsApp, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
