Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Explain products and offers professionally
Convert leads into sales
Build customer trust and maintain relationships
Follow up with interested customers regularly
Maintain daily call and sales records
Coordinate with backend and dispatch teams
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Confident and positive personality
Sales mindset with convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage
