Full Time
Lead Generation: Find and target new clients through cold calls and company-provided leads.
Customer Assessment: Talk with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend the right loan amount and terms.
Application Processing: Guide customers through the paperwork, collect required financial documents, and check basic details like credit scores.
Team Coordination: Work with the credit and operations teams to speed up loan approvals and cash disbursement.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals on a regular basis.
Relationship Management: Keep in touch with clients and channel partners to build long-term trust and encourage repeat business or referrals.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred, though strong communication skills matter more.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within banking, financial services, or DSA (Direct Selling Agent) networks.
Communication: Clear speaking and listening skills to explain complex interest rates, fees, and terms in simple words.
Local Knowledge: Good understanding of the local market and nearby customer base.
Drive: A self-motivated, target-driven attitude with good negotiation skills.
