Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential driver candidates.

  • Source and engage drivers through calls and follow-ups.

  • Explain job opportunities, salary and onboarding process.

  • Schedule candidates for the Driver Onboarding Centre.

  • Maintain candidate details and follow up regularly.

  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and onboarding targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.

  • Kannada/Hindi/English preferred.

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

  • Telecalling, recruitment or BPO experience will be an advantage.
