Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls daily to prospective customers from a provided database/leads list.
Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of our products/services clearly and persuasively.
Understand customer needs, handle objections professionally, and convert leads into successful sales.
Meet or exceed daily calling metrics and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Accurately update call logs, customer feedback, and sales status in the CRM system/Excel sheet.
Conduct regular follow-up calls with warm leads to close pending deals.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 4 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
