• Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass and above (result must be available)

• Experience: Minimum 6 months

• Age Limit: 18–34 years

• Gender: Male and Female

• Languages: Telugu and English

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and explain Frankfinn's courses.

• Understand students' interests and encourage interested candidates to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.

• Follow up with students regarding their counselling visits.

• Generate leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.

• Maintain call records and update student information.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English

• Sales and customer support skills

• Willingness to make outbound calls

• Ability to convince, engage and follow up with prospective students

Preferred Skills

• Telecalling or telesales experience

• Lead generation experience

• Outbound calling or customer service experience
