Job description Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding MBA and B.Tech programs, eligibility criteria, course structure, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities. Handle leads generated through calls, digital campaigns, walk-ins, website inquiries, WhatsApp, and other channels. Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals and recommend suitable programs. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to convert inquiries into applications and admissions. Explain the complete admission process, including eligibility, entrance examinations, documentation, deadlines, and fee payment. Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling interactions, applications, and admissions in the CRM. Meet and exceed monthly admission and conversion targets. Coordinate with the admission, marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Assist students with application forms and required documentation. Build strong relationships with students and parents and provide timely support throughout the admission journey. Participate in admission drives, seminars, education fairs, school/college visits, and other student engagement activities. Skills:  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong counseling and convincing abilities.  Good knowledge of MBA and B.Tech programs and admission processes.  Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.  Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.  Ability to handle student/parent queries professionally.  Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp communication.  Ability to work independently as well as within a team. .
Role Requirements: Education Bachelor’s degree in any discipline required. MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in education sales, student counseling, admissions, tele-counseling, inside sales, or higher-education consulting will be preferred.
