Key Responsibilities
Call retailers, dealers, distributors, hospitals, and prospective customers.
Introduce and explain company products.
Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling.
Maintain relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer questions and provide basic product information.
Follow up for repeat orders and payments when required.
Update customer details and call records in Excel or CRM software.
Submit daily call and sales reports.
Support the team in achieving sales targets.
