Role Summary
Aura Proptech is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team in lead generation, client engagement, and sales enablement. The role involves understanding customer requirements, scheduling site visits, and ensuring a seamless pre-sales experience that contributes to successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
· Conducting daily sales calls and arranging site visits
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads from various channels
Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales team to provide suitable solutions
· Successfully create business from new and existing customers
Conduct property presentations and schedule site visits
Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, channel partners, and brokers
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns and client engagement initiatives
· Should have well knowledge in real estate segment
· Shall coordinate with the customers and resolve their queries reg. project.
