Job Description – Telesales Executive (Loan Process)

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the position of Telesales Executive – Loan Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan offers and services
Explain personal loan / business loan products to customers
Handle customer queries professionally

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Kannada or Telugu and Basic English
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
