Job Description

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products, following up with customers, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers

Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales

Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers

Follow up on leads shared by the sales/marketing team

Maintain daily call records, customer data, and sales reports

Coordinate with the operations and accounts team for order processing.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Proven experience in telesales or inside sales (freshers can also apply)

Good communication skills in English and local language

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Work Location & Timings

Location: Wilson garden Bangalore

Working Hours: 10AM to 6.30PM Mon to Fri

Sat - 10Am to 2.30PM
