Core Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective leads and handle incoming inquiries to generate sales.
Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Present product features, benefits, and prices persuasively to close sales and meet quotas.
Objection Handling: Address customer hesitations, complaints, or doubts professionally to secure a, purchase.
CRM Management: Update, maintain, and record customer interaction details and sales information in the database.
Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to influence, overcome objections, and close deals.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required
