Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to products or services, and persuading them to take a desired action. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Place outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
Introduce the company's products or services and provide relevant information.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers in a friendly and persuasive manner to create interest in the product or service.
Answer questions and provide additional information to build customer confidence.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Gather and document relevant customer information for follow-up.
Sales Pitch:
Deliver a compelling sales pitch to encourage customers to take the desired action, whether it's making a purchase, scheduling a demo, or subscribing to a service.
Objection Handling:
Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
Provide appropriate solutions or information to overcome objections and encourage positive decision-making.
Follow-up:
Schedule follow-up calls as necessary to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Maintain a follow-up schedule and update customer information in the CRM system.
Targets and Metrics:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Provide regular reports on call outcomes and lead progression.
