Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as a Virtual Relationship Manager / Telesales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by consulting with business clients and partners, understanding their insurance needs, and closing deals. Whether you are an experienced sales professional or a motivated fresher looking to kick start your career, we provide the platform and training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Consultation: Make outbound calls to business clients, agents, and

partners to promote a comprehensive suite of insurance products (Health, Life,Motor, General, and Group Insurance).

Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements in-depth and pitch tailored

insurance plans that best fit their needs.

End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the entire sales life cycle, including lead

generation, regular follow-ups, objection handling, and policy closure.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with

business partners to drive repeat business and referral sales.

Work Schedule & Location

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria

Experienced candidates are welcome to apply who have experience in Insurance.

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Candidates must speak either Hindi , Tamil or Malayalam.

A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and relationship building.
