Job Summary:
As a Telesales Executive, you will connect with patients who have consulted our specialists and have been advised on suitable treatment options for varicose veins. Your role is to follow up with patients, understand and address non-clinical concerns, provide accurate information about the treatment journey, hospital services, insurance and financial options, and assist them in scheduling their procedure at Avis Hospitals. You will work closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience while maintaining empathy, professionalism, and ethical communication in every interaction.
