Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build meaningful conversations with potential customers.

• Experience: 2–3 Years

• Qualification: Graduate

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on generated leads.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and value clearly to prospects.

• Schedule product demos and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM/database.

• Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp to move leads through the sales funnel.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Build strong relationships with prospects and identify genuine sales opportunities.

• Achieve monthly calling, demo, and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, demos, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or SaaS Sales.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and persuasive communication style.

• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• Comfortable working with CRM, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications.

• Target-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
