Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Academic Counselor with a background in Data Science & AI certification sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, understanding learner career goals, and converting prospects into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via phone, video calls, email, and chat regarding Data Science and AI programs.
Understand learner career aspirations and recommend suitable certification tracks
Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, chats, and virtual platforms
Convert qualified leads into enrollments
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year experience in Data Science & AI / Tech certification sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Basic understanding of Data Science & AI career paths
Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
