Job Description :

We are looking for Telesales Executives who are confident, energetic, and passionate about sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to the data provided by the company, interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound cold calls on the data provided by the company.

• Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.

• Explain company services clearly and effectively.

• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.

• Handle customer queries and objections confidently.

• Use strong convincing and negotiation skills to close sales.

• Follow up regularly with interested prospects.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and conversions.

Candidate Requirements :

• HSC / 12th Pass to Graduate.

• 6 months to 2 years of telesales experience.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with cold calling.

• Target-oriented and result-driven.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
