Product Advisor – Telecalling Sales

Job Location: T. Nagar, Chennai – 600017

Job Description

We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Product Advisors – Telecalling Sales for our Chennai location. Candidates should have prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, collections, upselling, or renewals, along with good communication skills in English and Tamil.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote products and services and explain their features and benefits.
Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
Follow up with interested customers to maximise conversions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
Maintain accurate customer records and calling details.

Eligibility Criteria

HSC Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Collections, Upselling, or Renewals.
Fluency in both English and Tamil is mandatory.
Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented approach and willingness to work in a sales environment.

Important: Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered as freshers for this requirement.

Salary & Benefits

₹17,000 – ₹20,000 monthly take-home salary.
