Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products and services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good negotiation and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass may also be considered for experienced candidates).
Preferred Experience
Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, BPO, or inside sales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
