Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and business prospects.

• Introduce and explain the company's products and services professionally.

• Identify customer requirements and qualify potential leads.

• Generate new sales enquiries through telephone calling.

• Follow up regularly with existing and potential customers.

• Handle customer questions, objections and initial negotiations professionally.

• Maintain complete and accurate customer information in the CRM portal.

• Update call status, lead details, follow-up dates and customer requirements in CRM.

• Coordinate qualified leads with the sales team.

• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.

• Age: 25 years or above.

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in cold calling, telecalling, inside sales, lead generation or customer

handling.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Fluent in Hindi and English.

• Clear, confident and professional telephone communication.

• Comfortable speaking with new customers and business prospects.

• Previous experience working with a CRM portal/software is required.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain digital records.

• Good follow-up and organizational skills. • Ability to handle rejection and customer objections professionally.

• Target-oriented and disciplined.

• Must be comfortable working from office in Noida.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
