We are looking for energetic 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 to join our dynamic team. The role involves promoting products and services to potential customers through outbound calls, handling queries, and converting leads into sales. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.

2. Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

3. Identify customer needs, handle queries, and convert leads into sales.

4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

5. Maintain accurate customer information and call records in CRM tools.

6. Follow up with interested leads to close deals.

7. Provide feedback to management for continuous sales process improvement.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Age Limit: Below 30 years

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass), Graduates preferred

• 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬:  𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡, 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐮𝐠𝐮, 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡, 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐮𝐠𝐮

• Experience:

Freshers: Eligible with excellent communication and persuasion skills

Experienced: Salary based on previous CTC

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:

Excellent verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales closing skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Target-driven, positive, and energetic attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
