Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

• Interview Location: Fifth floor,Santosh Enclave,14, Biswa Bengla Sarani, Near Chinar park, Chinar park, Crossing, Rajarhat, Kolkata West Bengal 700157.

• Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Salary: ₹12,000 onwards (Based on experience & performance)

• Probation Period: 3 months from the date of joining

  Job Overview

• We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential clients to support business growth.

  Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company database.

• Clearly and persuasively explain services to potential clients.

• Schedule a minimum of 4 appointments daily for the sales team.

• Follow up on leads and maintain professional client interactions.

• Update and manage customer databases with accurate information.

• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telemarketing or sales preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle objections and turn leads into business opportunities.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
