Designation: Senior / Executive Telesales

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.

• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.

• Collaborating with the sales team to identify and understand client requirements

• Identifying and qualifying potential leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company. 

• Working with internal teams, such as sales and services, to ensure customer requirements are met .

• Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Skills and Personality:

• You are good in communication and interpersonal skills.

• You are well versed in English and South India languages

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office.

• You have an ability to work well under pressure and has a flexible approach to work.

• You are proactive and organized.
