Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a Admission Counsellor to join our team at RostrumLegal. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound lead via calls and follow-ups to identify potential student .

• Counsel prospective learner on course offering and admission procedures.

• Assist students in making informed decisions about legal career path.

• Maintain accurate records and reports of daily calls and conversions.

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet week/monthly targets.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

• participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on offerings.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
