Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Facility Management and Security industry.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service presentations to prospective clients.

• Maintain accurate sales records and manage customer databases efficiently.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

• Generate reports and performance summaries for internal review and decision-making.

• Ensure timely follow-ups, manage negotiations, and close sales deals effectively.

• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and report generation.

• Verify and maintain accurate customer and sales data; correct inconsistencies promptly.

• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client and company information.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2 to 6+ years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in Facility Management or Security Services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week in a day-shift role.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
