Job Summary:

You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting revenue opportunities by prospecting US-based businesses. The role involves high-volume cold calling, multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), and pipeline management in CRM. You will schedule meetings with decision-makers and collaborate with senior sales teams to convert opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and build target lists for the US market.

• Run high-volume cold calls to decision makers and influencers.

• Qualify prospects, understand needs, and schedule discovery calls or demos.

• Execute multi-touch outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records, notes, and next steps.

• Perform light market research to identify fit, triggers, and value angles.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine talk tracks and outreach cadences.

• Track and report daily activities, weekly pipeline movement, and conversions.

• Attend in-office training and periodic calibrations as scheduled.

Must Haves:

• 2–5 years of proven B2B lead generation / inside sales experience (US market preferred).

• Strong cold calling skills with confidence in live conversations.

• Excellent spoken & written English (neutral accent).

• Working knowledge of CRM tools and good CRM hygiene.

• Target orientation, resilience, and ability to work US hours.

Good to Have:

• Experience in services or outsourcing sales for US clients.

• Familiarity with email automation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Work Setup:

• Work from Home (must be open to night shift).

• Candidate should be available to attend initial training in-office (Mumbai) and later for new trainings or process calibrations.
