Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented professionals to join our Sales team as Telemarketing Executives. The role involves generating leads, engaging potential customers, promoting company services, and supporting business growth through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Explain product and service benefits to potential customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in CRM systems.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and customer engagement abilities.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Fluency in English and Kannada.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
