Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce Just Dial's products and services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for Business Development Executives.
Clearly explain the features and benefits of Just Dial's digital solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
Update customer information and interaction details accurately in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a positive and proactive approach.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
