Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring Telemarketing Executives (TME) for our Chennai office to perform cold calling, generate leads, and onboard new clients. Candidates should have good communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and basic computer knowledge. Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA, BTech, BE, PGDM, PGDBM, etc.)
Age: 18 – 34 years
Experience : Fresher / Undergrad with up to 1 year experience also eligible
Language: English , Tamil
Work type : Full time
Work Mode : Onsite
Salary : ₹ 18,000 - 22,000

Key Responsibilities:

·       Perform outbound cold calling to generate business leads

·       Onboard new clients

·       Promote and sell products and services using appropriate methods

·       Maintain good communication in English and Regional Language

·       Ensure effective documentation of leads and interactions

Skill Set Required:

·       Good communication and convincing skills

·       Go-getter attitude

·       Basic knowledge of sales and marketing methods

·       Basic computer proficiency

·       Outbound calling or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
