About the Role :
SD Innovations is looking for an energetic and goal-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our business development activities. This role focuses on lead generation, outbound calling, client engagement, and sales coordination, playing a key part in driving revenue growth.
This position is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and interested in building a career in B2B Inside Sales within the IT Services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and inbound inquiries
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs
Pitch company products and services effectively over calls and virtual meetings
Schedule and coordinate product demos with the sales/technical team
Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups using CRM tools / Excel
Consistently follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
Work closely with sales and internal teams to support deal closure
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Business Development
Strong exposure to cold calling and lead qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, lead tracking, or Excel
Understanding of B2B sales processes is a plus
MBA in Marketing or Business is preferred
Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow in sales
