Job Overview:

We are hiring a Team Leader to manage a team responsible for client payment collections and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, experience in collections or sales, and the ability to train and support new joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team handling client collections and sales.

• Ensure targets are met and team performance is on track.

• Handle escalated client issues and support timely payment collection.

• Train and onboard new team members.

• Monitor and report on daily performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in team management (collections/sales preferred).

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Graduate in any discipline.
