Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Loan Team Leader to manage, motivate, and guide a team of loan executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, ensuring quality standards, and driving overall business growth in loan sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of loan executives to achieve sales and productivity targets.

• Monitor daily team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies.

• Drive business growth by motivating team members to achieve individual and collective targets.

• Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions.

• Coordinate with management for process improvements and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in loans/financial services.

• Strong knowledge of loan products (personal loans, business loans, etc.).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
