Job Description:

We are hiring a Female Sales Executive / Telecaller for our company BioHub Solution. The candidate will handle tele-calling, lead generation, client communication, and sales support through online platforms like IndiaMART and Instagram.

The candidate must have excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and should be able to explain products confidently to clients. Freshers with good English can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to incoming inquiries.

• Handle leads from IndiaMART, Instagram, and other online portals.

• Explain product features and pricing to clients in a professional manner.

• Draft professional emails, quotations, and proposals.

• Maintain client database and follow up regularly.

• Coordinate with the sales team to close deals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (Any stream).

• Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in Telecalling / Sales / Customer Support.

• Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written).

  • Knowledge of professional email drafting.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email).

• Married or unmarried candidates can apply.

• Freelancers with strong English communication may also be considered.
