Telecalling Team Leader

We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and self-motivated Team Leaders and Volunteers who have prior experience in fundraising, sales, or field outreach activities. The ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with potential donors/customers, and a positive attitude towards achieving daily and monthly targets.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team, ensuring effective communication, tracking performance, and motivating members to achieve organizational goals. Volunteers will support outreach, engage with communities, and contribute actively to fundraising and awareness campaigns. Prior experience in NGO fundraising, CSR campaigns, door-to-door sales, marketing promotions, or customer handling will be considered a strong advantage.

We seek individuals who are disciplined, target-oriented, and capable of representing the organization professionally. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, confidence in approaching new people, and the ability to explain our mission clearly and convincingly. Candidates must be comfortable working on the field as well as participating in indoor team activities.

Salary Range:

• Minimum Monthly Salary: ₹20,000

• Maximum Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 (based on experience and performance)

• Additional incentives may be provided based on targets and overall contribution.
