Job Description

Job Role:
Responsible for converting leads into loan disbursements by explaining loan products to customers and helping them complete the loan process while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Call potential customers and explain loan features, eligibility, and interest rates.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Work with credit and operations teams to process loan applications smoothly.
Update customer details in the CRM system and track leads.
Answer customer questions and handle their concerns politely.
Work with team members to complete tasks on time.
