Job Description:
Rocket Deals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Telecalling Executives to manage inbound personal loan enquiries. The role focuses on engaging with customers who have already applied, understanding their requirements, and assisting them in selecting suitable personal loan options through our partner banks.
Key responsibilities:
1. Contact customers who have submitted personal loan applications. Confirm customer details and evaluate loan needs
2. Provide clear information on personal loan options from partner banks
3. Assist customers during documentation and approval stages
4. Coordinate with internal teams and bank representatives for smooth processing
5. Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure successful case closure
6. Update customer records and lead status in the system
7. Work towards individual targets while maintaining service quality
