Responsibilities:
Manage a team of telecallers/insurance advisors.
Allocate daily calling and lead-generation targets.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales goals.
Train and motivate team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–4 years of experience in telecalling/sales, preferably in insurance.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
