The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating a team of tele callers to achieve sales targets, ensure high-quality customer interactions and maintain compliance with insurance guidelines. .

Key Responsibilities AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.

• Prepare and present performance reports to management.

• minimum 2-4 years of tele calling experience with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
