The role involves driving loan sourcing, managing customer relationships, coordinating with dealers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and improving team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Achieve monthly and annual used car loan disbursement targets.
Source quality used car loan business through dealers, direct customers, and referral channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with used car dealers, DSAs, and channel partners.
Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to improve team productivity.
