Telesales Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at Nivesta Capital. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹16,000 - ₹55,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct sales of demat accounts under the sub-broking partnership with Arihant Capital.

• Generate revenue through brokerage and ensure consistent account activation.

• Manage and encourage team to achieve targets (applicable for experienced hires).

• Educate and guide clients on suitable investment opportunities and current market trends.

• Handle and resolve customer's doubts and queries efficiently.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
