Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele-sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Drive sales of Personal Loans and Overdraft (OD) products.
Monitor team performance, call productivity, lead conversion, and application submissions.
Provide regular coaching, training, and guidance to team members to improve sales performance.
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Track individual and team KPIs, prepare daily sales reports, and share performance updates with management.
Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of customer applications.
Coordinate with banking partners and internal teams for application processing and disbursement.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales executives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial services guidelines.
