2. About the Role
We are looking for a target-oriented Team Leader to manage and drive sales for Personal Loan, Overdraft (OD), and Balance Transfer (BT) products. The candidate should have relevant loan sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide the sales team towards achieving business targets.
3. Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate the loan sales team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor calling, lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversions.
Guide team members on Personal Loan, OD, and BT products.
Explain customer eligibility and documentation requirements.
Monitor team productivity and support case closures.
Prepare daily and monthly sales MIS reports.
Ensure regular customer follow-ups and accurate records.
4. Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in loan sales.
Experience in Personal Loan, Overdraft, or Balance Transfer preferred.
Team-handling experience preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
