We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our telesales team and drive business growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in Personal Loans (PL) and Salaried Overdraft (OD) sales and operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing telesales teams, achieving business targets, coaching team members, and ensuring quality customer interactions.

Experienced Telecallers who have consistently performed in Personal Loan or Salaried Overdraft sales and are looking for career growth into a leadership role are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of Telecallers.

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor team productivity and call quality.

• Provide product training and regular coaching to team members.

• Assist in customer query resolution and objection handling.

• Ensure accurate lead management and timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate with Operations, Credit and Sales teams for faster loan processing.

• Maintain daily MIS, reports and performance dashboards.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.

• Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing sales executives.

• Improve conversion ratio and team productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

• Minimum 2 to 3+ years of experience in:

  • Personal Loan Sales

  • Salaried Overdraft Sales

  • Loan Telecalling

  • Loan Operations

  • Team Handling

Required Skills

• Excellent Team Management Skills

• Strong Leadership & Coaching Ability

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Fluent in Hindi and English

• Good Customer Handling & Negotiation Skills

• Strong Follow-up & Problem Solving Ability

• Good knowledge of Loan Sales Process

• Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel will be an added advantage

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates having experience with Banks, NBFCs, DSAs or Fintech companies dealing in:

• Personal Loans

• Salaried Overdraft

• Business Loans

• Consumer Finance

will be preferred.
